Welcome to Love Cats! We are a premier pet sitting service based in Buxton. We provide professional loving care, exclusively for cats, in the comfort of their own home.
Our aim is to ensure that we give the best possible care to your cats and the highest standard of service to our customers.
We offer affordable in-home pet sitting visits for holidays, short breaks and work commitments that provide an ideal alternative to catteries. Whilst you are away, we will visit your home once or twice daily to care for your cat (we can carry out more visits if required).
Our visits are dedicated to attending to your cat’s every need, with as little change as possible to their normal routine.
During our visits we will:
- Play with your cat/s and give them lots of cuddles and attention
- Feed your cat/s as instructed by yourself
- Wash all feeding bowls
- Replenish drinking water
- Administer any oral medication
- Scoop/change cat litter (where applicable)
- Clear up any little accidents
- Carry out basic grooming (if required)
For your additional piece of mind, during each pet sitting visit we always provide a security check around your property to ensure your home is secure. We check all rooms, doors and windows, including outside your property, gates and your property boundary. Our car does not have a company logo or any sign-writing so there are no obvious signs that you are away from home. Additionally, to help give your home that ‘lived in’ look to deter any potential break-ins, if you require, we can also carry out the following (at no extra charge).
Our Home Security service offers:
- Open and close curtains
- Alternate home lighting at irregular intervals
- Collect /tidy your mail and newspapers
- Bring delivered packages safely inside
- Turn radio or television on/off
- Water plants
- Put out/ bring in wheelie bins on collection day
- Our service is individually tailored to meet your own personal requirements to ensure your cat has the same routine whilst you are away and that your property is safe and secure.
- While you’re away from home, we will provide you with regular email/text updates for added peace of mind.
- At Love Cats we provide care exclusively for cats, this means we do not visit your home with “doggy smells” that many cats might find particularly stressful.
- We are an impeccably reliable and trustworthy service with over 25 years experience of caring for cats.
- We require very little notice to organise pet sitting visit.
